5. Shipping and Delivery
We ship to most U.S. locations. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and added to your order. Once your order has been shipped, Pixel Peppers is not responsible for lost or delayed deliveries. Please contact the carrier directly for any issues regarding your shipment.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at kthompson@pixelpeppers.com with proof of damage, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
7. Wholesale Orders
For wholesale orders, invoices will be sent upon confirmation of the order but before shipment. Payments for wholesale orders are due within 30 days of invoice (Net 30 terms). Failure to pay within the specified time frame may result in additional charges or cancellation of future orders.
